My complaint:
On 20 October 2020 I placed and paid for Order ID: 5f8f735b89a3eee24e176c75. The two jackets were due for delivery between 2 Nov and 1 December. They have not arrived although WISH show order cancelled by WISH on 9 December. WISH now advise to contact between 14 December (today) and 31 December to receive full refund. Contact is only through widget which keeps repeating. Date has arrived for full refund claim. No process to claim refund. Require action.
