My complaint:
My wife from Puerto Rico placed an order a few days ago with Wish for the incorrect amount of $400.00 dollars, the order had like 5 items duplicated, and it was not charge at the moment because the credit card she used at the moment had the billing address was incorrect. Instead Wish without any consent from my wife used her debit card from her Bank account, the money should be return to her and cancel the order immediately since the money she has on that account is for medical expences purposes. Suggested solution:
Refund the full amount to her so she can place the order correctly, I will be present to make sure is done right.
