My complaint:
I have been waiting since 15th April, tracking shows final destination China, I am in Australia.
I have sent many emails , answer is always go to customer support, where I get no help, think it must be virtual assistant
Suggested solution:
As looks like my orders have ended up in China, the least Wish can do is refund both orders.
