My complaint:
I have ordered a few things from wish which were all meant to have arrived by now, some were ordered over a month ago. I can see from the tracking info that some shipments haven’t even left their destination country, whilst others have been in the arrival country (GB) for a month and no movement. Every time I go in wish customer support the arrival date is changed to a later date meaning I can’t apply for a refund which is not okay. Even if you cannot ship the items anymore just tell me and give my money back don’t hold onto my money and keep me waiting….very bad customer service.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back please. Even if you can’t deliver the items anymore that’s fine just give me my money back so I can buy it from a legitimate retailer.
