My complaint:

I have several orders that I am still waiting for delivery on. Some of these products have a delivery date of March 2020. When I originally inquired about these deliveries I was told due to the pandemic there could be some delay. It has been 6 months to almost a year of waiting Now I am being told that even though wishes records show these products were not delivered to me I am not eligible for a refund because it has been longer than 30 days passed the expected delivery date. How exactly is it my fault that wish is unable to do their job and now I’m stuck paying for products that I don’t have. Trying to speak to an actual human at wish is a joke all you can do is run around in circles with automated responses.
