My complaint:

I want my full refund, donapos;t appreciate the communication with a computer, I placed the order April 22 now you want me to wait till August 14, I already canceled two orders because of the wait, this is inconsiderate and also inconvenience, I will not constantly wait for an order that I paid for in April this long and your electronic customer support is not helping customers nor professional customer service. I would like a complete refund, my order was $28.21, you refunded $8.22, since I still havenapos;t received my order from you and waited patiently. its now December and now you say October 31 was the last day, for what, this issue was not my fault and I want my refund on this order, I got excuses after excuses to wait month after each month. I donapos;t have money to throw away Iapos;m on fix income. I feel you just took my money, itapos;s on the tracking that the order never left the shipping warehouse. Just refund my money.
