My complaint:
Ordered a sewing machine on April 18. Was promised delivery between April 28-May 2. Then it got pushed back to May 17. Still no product. There is no tracking so I have no idea when this is coming.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money. Had no problem taking it on April 18.
