My complaint:
I received an email ing an item that I did not order (for £95 which put me into overdraft with my bank), immediately went to my Wish account to cancel the order and when offered the choice of how to get my refund, I selected original payment method to have the money out back into my bank.
Half hour later, went onto Wish just to browse to see that they had put the refund back as Wish Cash!!
So now I’m overdrawn, with £95 sitting in Wish cash that shouldn’t be…. a lot of their stuff is fake so wouldn’t dream of paying that much on there.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money back into my bank account as requested.
