My complaint:
Had a parcel delivered from China an item I bought through wish payed postage no mention of having to pay custom charged.royal mail wouldn’t let me have item until I paid £11.40 customs charge if I new I wouldn’t have bought the item as this made the item £34 40 instead of £23 which included £8. Postage.
Suggested solution:
Refund me the £11.40 customs charge
