My complaint:
I made the order on the 7th of October and since then the seller didn’t sent it to me! I’m trying to reach with every week but they never answer me!! The “about to ship” status is still pending and delays every day. There is no sense!!
Suggested solution:
To refund this item as they should’ve done months ago.
