My complaint:
Hello. I ordered an item in early February with the expected delivery date of late April. The item was never received by that date but deliveries coming from China have been VERY delayed. When I inquired on their Wish website I was notified that I was no longer eligible for a refund because it was past the unlisted date! There is no one to speak to personally by phone! The majority of orders placed have months expectations for deliveries, which put customers past any refund policy due dates!
Suggested solution:
Be considerate of the Corona virus delivery delays and offer refunds for items not received!
