My complaint:

In summer 2020 I’ve made a product devolution: a Notebook Win10 quad-core Z8350 2G32 MiniPC.

The Wish support team said there was no problem and I could send that one back and request (and pay) for a new one, meanwhile as they would manage to refund it once the store would receive the item.

I’ve printed the document they have sent in order to send the package and sent back the to the address they have informed me about. The item was dispatched at a local post office in 31-08-2020, The package was registred with the reference CTT RH 6275 0621 1 PT.

Meanwhile, for several times, I’ve sent requests to the contact team in order to find out about this issue and the answer was always that there wasn’t a communication from the store so no mail refund was done. This happened some months ago and I’m still waitting.

I made the diligence of tracking myself the package and the last information I’ve from the local Post CTT was that this was delivered in Frankfurt (Deutsch Post):
The item arrived at the International Logistics Center on 03.09.2020.

No news after this.
As a customer I’m very disapoointed there was no further diligences from the Wish team, nor any kind of explanation or tracking.

I want my money back. Is still a lot to me, it was a Computer!
I’m an usual customer not trusting this brand trader anymore if this isnt solved pretty soon.

They should do their tracking in Germany or with the store and the money I paid should be returned: 132€
