On Sept 25th, bought a Wireless Dongle Receiver (Order ID: 5f6e2fba3c6c9f199f329869). Test it on my mouse, doesn’t work. So I emailed to WISH’s support and asked for return and refund. They replied and asked me to send my request on line. I did as it instructed. It is turned out, from their support email site, nothing indicated they are willing to provide a return label or a refund. Instead, it asked me to filled out the reason that I want to return again. After I did it, no more response from WISH customer support.
About the WISH. It is a company selling stuff made and shipped from China to USA. the problem is (1) The company provides a fake service number (800) 266-0172 in the USA. But, real service can only through email bw USA and mainland China. They can ignore customer as they want although their first email reply seems polite because it is a pre-written standard email. (2) They are really a foreign business, and sells stuff in the America. As the result, American should regulate foreign business to set up their customer service in the united state rather than oversee. So, the business operation can follow American standard, and HAVE TO BE RESPONSIABLE TO CONSUMERS. I am very familiar Chinese way of doing business, which is by lowering prices for competing to sell in global markets, without being responsible for return and ignoring customers’ any complain. The global wide e-commerce platform is a perfect place to provide lots of profit opportunities for these kind of irresistible businesses.
Provide me a refund label and I will return it (it was delivered on 1092020. And I asked for return is on 10192020).
WISH should refund money back to me. Their original shipping address is from
13021 Leffingwell Ave, Santa Fe Spring CA 90671-6341
From Google MAP, It seems a large inventory address.
