My complaint:
I was waiting for a package for months and I was patient cause it’s during a pandemic, I checked later on the app since it was months later and it said I can’t get it anymore and I don’t get my money I worked for back and they didn’t even tell me before the refund window closed so they completely just scammed me for my money and it really mad me mad.
Suggested solution:
I think especially right now I should either get my money back or get my package back and if they can’t even do that for some reason then at least give me the money back through wish money to get something else.
