My complaint:
This is the SECOND time I have ordered this. At least TRIED to order it. I thought I’d give it more time- what with the corona virus situation. I think it’s unacceptable to say it’s beyond the refund time. I’ve been very patient.
Suggested solution:
They should refundcredit my account.
