In disclaimer the refund is allowed in first 8 hours only. Strange way is really scam: the ation of orders came later than 8 hours, and two days later the email” orders will be processed by April30”. When I tried contact costumer support apparently there is no way but only choose from few preprogrammed options , and it was said that I will have co tact again if not delivered by August 2020. I am not mentally ill to pay last money being lay off in order to save life from virus and to receive it 4 months later. The info was hidden. I receive email: “delivery by June 29”. Same time second order still be not processed. When someone from support, Jennylyn answered “ we can not refund because we already shipped “ it was stark lie: I have their emails that it will be processed by April30z so how it can Ben shipped? Without processing? I was contactin back forth only to have NO co formation about processing g and denying refund. I will NOT need covid related order after my death- I am ill now. It is mocking pandemic and criminal acting from Wish. Lie and scams
