My complaint:
I’ve placed an order on 22 of April. I payed for it by card. Money gone immediately but I still don’t see my order in “my orders” folder. So I don’t know if I should just wait or in some reasons they declined my order and I will receive my money back? I’ve tried to write to a wish support 2 times but still did not receive any reply.
Suggested solution:
Write me an explanation why it happened and clarify if I should wait for the money refund or they still will proceed my order.
