My complaint:
I ordered a heat mat and seedling tray. I received a smashed seedling tray only. I never got the heat tray. They keep saying my order is complete. It is not. I paid for a heat mat that I never got.
Suggested solution:
I ordered a Heat matt and seedling tray From Wish. I received a smashed seedling tray, it came folded in half and smashed flat. I never got the heat matt! Customer service keeps telling me my order is complete. I paid for a heat mat! I can't add a photo as I don't have a cell phone or camera.
Refund my money or send what I ordered.
