My complaint:

Wish costumer support made contact after my complaint. They requested that I submit documents:my email address , driver’s license, including my shipping address? Yet , my delivery information is already on their order form?and requested my I provide them with my shipping address,again!

And further requested i submit my email address as well as my password? Why would I be required to submit all these personal information?. I’ve tracked and tracked my parcel, till to this day I’ve not received my parcel. According to track parcel information, its already been delivered to S.A but they still want my shipping address? Where was the parcel being shipped to?if not to the address they already have?

I have made a payment of over R700.00! And it came as a shock to me that I am unable to get my parcel b’cause I have not given them my personal email password, yet they have my shipping address, my contact numbers and proof that I have paid!

It’s been 5 months now and still waiting?! They keep saying I should contact them within 30 days, I wait…and then another 30 days!

Suggested solution:

You have everything you need to ship my parcel, please give me what I paid for.
