My complaint:
I ordered a laptop from wish at an low price. They took an extremely long time to ship it and brfore it shipped they started offering a refund. I said I’d wait for the item. Finally saw that the product was going to be delivered but to Texas instead of to me in Ohio. I call usps and was told that the address in Texas is a return warehouse and my name and address was not on the package. So I have usps check another wish tracking number which has not left China yet, and it has an address to Texas as well?? It’s like they are using my money to buy products that can be resold at a high price and then refunding the original amount once they get the product to the warehouse. I know it sounds like I’m hacked but I’m getting the rest of the wish products i ordered.
Suggested solution:
Wish needs to ship to the correct address of the customer. And not send it directly to the return warehouse. I have reported this on complaint.biz
