My complaint:
I have been waiting for my multiple order. I originally ordered them on 22 Nov and was told they would arrive 15 Dec. It was moved to 10 Jan. now they don’t even tell me how much longer I have to wait!
I ordered the hats because winter was approaching but nothing !
Suggested solution:
I would like update on the goods I ordered and when can I expect them!
