My complaint:
First if all, I ordered a mask from Wish on 6-4-20 and they said it was delivered via UPS on 6-8-20! I’d ordered stuff from Wish before with an average delivery time of about 8 weeks! So I was extremely excited when I looked on the Wish app and saw that my package arrived in just 4 days! Problem was that, before the temps shot up I was working from my garage with the garage door up and I saw the UPS driver earlier but he didn’t stop at my house when he was on my street. I checked my front door, back door, neighbors on both sides and my neighbor around the corner with the same street name but theirs end in Dr and mine Cir. Nothing. Drove to the main UPS hub and the customer rep said my tracking number was valid but that the address was incorrect. For security reasons she could not give me the address of the recipient. What makes it worse is that this was not my first order with Wish.
Suggested solution:
Email me or call me with an ETA, a replacement of what I ordered or refund my money. (The attached picture is the closest thing to product I ordered. The exact mask I ordered is no longer available).
