Complaint: Over charged my NetSpend card

My complaint:

On 08282020, I made a online order on the website wish Com. It wasn’t until months later that I finally received around $30.00 worth of merchandise from my August 2020 order. I had ordered more merchandise but never received any of it besides the one order . But my netspend card showed tht wish took $96.18 off my card.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

To resolve this issue I would like wish.com to either refund the money they took of my netspend card, or credit me the money owed to me. It's only fair . I work hard for my money and I would like to have this issue finally resolved .
