My complaint:

I have ordered over 50 items between March and April 2020, none have been received thusfar. The tracker info on the Wish App is useless and unhelpful, even more infuriating is the fact that according to the information provided some items never left China. So frustrating the experience has been I resolved to buy some of the same items like TV box, magnetic window cleaner from a local online retailer as I could not wait anymore; they were delivered within a day or two.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I just want to cancel all orders and get my money back, buying from Wish was the biggest mistake in years it feels like I'm being robbed, there is nothing I can do about it and noone is willing to assist me.
