Complaint: Horrible service and product

My complaint:

I ordered numerous items during the last 5-6 months and not only did I have to wait for them for a inordinate amount of time, but when I recieved the items they were way too small and two of the items were not the one that I even ordered. Your sizes were not easily located and i actually wear an xl or 2x, in which I ordered a 4 x in all but one item which you only went up to a 3 x. But then when I recieved them they were horribly undersized and as I said 2 of them weren’t the items I ordered at all. I contacted you and was told I could ship them back at my expense and if the items were found to be the right ones you would refund my card. First I waited about 4 months to get the items. Now I understand that because of covid things were different. But to be told that I have to pay out of my own pocket to ship the items back and once you recieved them, if they were the correct items then you would refund me. That is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I spend my hard earned money expecting a certain product in a timely matter and don’t recieve them and then I am told I have to pay to ship it back. What the heck is that nonsense???
