My complaint:
There are several companies, acting in your name and charging sums. I have reported this 3 times to you and got NO reaction. You absolutely have to appoint somebody for this sort of complaint because it is dangerous for you and me. ALL 3 companies do not reply on me question: who are you? All send a new address to apply to. I will never do this. Who is your person and what email does this person have? Regards Henry
