My complaint:
On Ocotber 18th 2020 Wish processed charges to my account for over $360.00 I did not finalise any orders. I only looked at them in my cart to compare items. I then removed them because I could not choose. By the time I found out about the chages it was too late to cancel. Wish advied me I simply needed to wait until they arrived and I could arrange to return them . The items have arrived and since them all I am getting are automated answers that do not addresses the issue at all and messages stating my issue was resolved.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to return the itmes and refund the charges.
