My complaint:

Ordered a drum set and paid $146 Canadian. The drum set arrived on nov 2 damaged. I contacted support immediately and provided pictures. Of my mailing label, box it was delivered in and contents as well as the picture of the drum that was dented and damaged. I was told I would get a response in 2-3 days. I have made several requests to have my complaint heard and no wish is avoiding contact with me. They are not returning any of my chat requests.

I want to return the item for a full refund as I'm disappointed with the quality of the item, the packing of the item, the customer service and the the item is damaged.
