My complaint:

I place several orders to Wish, it was on April 2020,I haven’t receive anything yet,its five months now,I can’t get hold of you because the phone I used to placed orders is damaged,I can’t track my orders anymore,is this the way you work with people,I desappointed in you guys,you keep on postponing dates of arrivals of parcel why is that

Suggested solution:

All I need is either I get my staff or give back my refund so I can work with people who know how to treat their customers very well
