I placed an order JULY 2020 for a pair of shoes that I never received. I contacted Wish Auto attendant who credited $11 for shipping ONLY in September 2020.
When I attempted to get a FULL REFUND of $23 for the shoes, espadrilles, the auto attendant advised I was outside of there 30 day refund window however the website clearly says MONEY BACK GUARANTEED FOR MERCHANDISE NOT RECEIVED.
I have tried on several occasions (7 to be exact) to email customer support and I’ve been referred back to the 30 day refund policy. I’ve been asked for the order and while 1 rep can locate it, another then replies it is invalid and cannot be found !! I’ve threatened that I will stop buying from Wish as I am a long time regular customer and still nothing.
I have finally filed a complaint on Complain.biz as my last recourse. I am actually APPALLED that they would not refund $23 !!
Update : 152020 – submitted same complaint to customer support AGAIN was told that they could not offer any credits through that forum but to go through the auto attendant – who in turn will tell me I am outside of the 30 day policy.
I am now waiting for 12 items I orders from Wish prior to this issue and am unable to cancel because the system indicates they have been shipped with an expected delivery date of 12312020 – we are PAST the delivery date.
I AM NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH WISH AGAIN – and over $23 !!! I am disgusted.
I would like a $23 refund for these shoes I never received. And some kind of courtesy credit for the length of time I’ve wasted trying to have this resolved.
