My complaint:
On the 9th October 2020 I ordered a 2020 New S3OU Samrtphone on wish for $76. The tracking number issued was RR311677419TO. It was due to arrive in Dec and nothing came. I filed a complaint and asked for a refund and was refunded only the shopping cost of $12. On the 7th of April I was advised that the package had arrived and went to collect it. When I unwrapped the package I found the cell phone cover, headsets, user handbook for the phone, nano sim adaptor and charger but no cell phone.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund or the cell phone I ordered to be sent to me urgently.
