My complaint:
I ordered a yoga mat a pull-up bar from this company on 4202020. They gave me a 4 week delivery date from the beginning. Then it didn’t come they extended it 4more weeks. Still didn’t come, I emailed them they said they’d expedite it… It’s still not here and it’s June 2, 2020. I’ve emailed them multiple times between the first email and today asking for a refund telling them to cancel my order. They said since it’s in transit it can’t be canceled but it’s never coming it hasn’t even left China. This company has the worst business practices and they should be shut down and not allowed to sell in the United States of America. I want a refund today!
Suggested solution:
I want a refund immediately and I do not want any of their items. I’m sure if they even came to my house and probably be the worst pieces of crap and junk I ever thought to order in my life.
