My complaint:
After waiting what seems like an eternity I still have not received the two pairs of Boise headphones I purchased when I checked the tracking they are still supposed to be in China even though the latest they were supposed to be here was the 29 th May there has been no email explaining anything and I would say this is pretty poor customer service and would like to know what is going on
Suggested solution:
Get my order here pronto I feel I have waited long enough
