My complaint:
I received a notification they my order had been delivered. I tracked the parcel using the tracking number to DHL Express in Broughton, UK. They ed that the tracking number did not relate to a parcel for delivery to my address – the address label was to somebody else and it had been delivered to them in Leeds.
I sent many messages to Wish support, but they repeated that the parcel had been delivered so there was nothing they could do. They are unable to issue refunds on ed deliveries, and they cannot help with checking the tracking number supplied or the address label on the parcel.
Suggested solution:
Wish should double check the tracking number - perhaps there is a typing mistake. Wish should also speak to their local DHL and what parcel was delivered to whom for the tracking number they provided to me. They can then trace what happened to my parcel, and if necessary resent my order to me.
