My complaint:
On the second week of April this year a purchase of 183.97 was made on my card. When I checked my banking account the next day I realized the purchase was not made by me. I began calling to cancel. The bank had already put a hold because this was something out of the ordinary for me. I asked them to not pay the charge and in a few days open my account up again. When my account was opened back again wish sent for it again on the 14. Now because I could not speak to your company at that time I have been trying to cancel the order. I have several other orders that I have not received nor this one.
Suggested solution:
I need your company to cancel and return my 183.97 asap. My name is ruth stewart. Since you have not sent me any of the items I have order yet I want to cancel everything including the 5 other orders if you cannot treat me fairly.
