My complaint:

I ordered a scratch post on May 5th. They have changed the delivery date 8 times since then. The last message i got after trying to tell them i still hadn’t gotten it was to apply for a refund between august 28th and Sept 12th. I tried that and got no help other than their automated response to apply for the refund. They refunded the shipping charges a few weeks ago but not the item. I know it’s lost and so do they but they refuse to do the right thing.
