My complaint:
My granddaughter ordered an anklet on 29 January 2020. The order number is 5e313f61d518c553b6b8d438. It cost her $5 which she done odd jobs to get. The delivery date has constantly been changed. The last delivery date given was 4 April 2020 with a tracking number UM419287607CN. Mid April she received a message saying it had been delivered, which it hasn’t. The delivery address is mine and I’m always home during the day all week. Her details are below
