My complaint:
I placed an Order on May 21, 2020 Order : 5ec71f16a9e1e1f9a9b24239 Order Total $66.50 (4 items) and today is Aug. 13 and I have not received even one single item. Wish doesn’t have a direct phone line to call customer rep. to complain only a dump useless chat bot Contact Support system
I complained many times by email (at support@wish.com) letting them know that they are unfair and they are changing the estimated delivery date couple of times and these items did not even left China and I am not going to receive any of these items and asked for money back!
After a lot of stress and frustration they refunded me for one item 2.8$ (this item has never been shipped) and the tracking numbers are not valid and no updates since 2020-06-06 (items did not even left China)
I complained many times and I asked for money back 63.7$ and they are refusing to refund me and continuing changing the due date and finding excuses that it is because of the pandemic situation
I am buying many items online from Amazon and ebay and I am receiving the items in time and the weather is good; no reasons for delays and lies.
