My complaint:

I placed an Order on May 21, 2020 Order : 5ec71f16a9e1e1f9a9b24239 Order Total $66.50 (4 items) and today is Aug. 13 and I have not received even one single item. Wish doesn’t have a direct phone line to call customer rep. to complain only a dump useless chat bot Contact Support system
I complained many times by email (at letting them know that they are unfair and they are changing the estimated delivery date couple of times and these items did not even left China and I am not going to receive any of these items and asked for money back!
After a lot of stress and frustration they refunded me for one item 2.8$ (this item has never been shipped) and the tracking numbers are not valid and no updates since 2020-06-06 (items did not even left China)
I complained many times and I asked for money back 63.7$ and they are refusing to refund me and continuing changing the due date and finding excuses that it is because of the pandemic situation
I am buying many items online from Amazon and ebay and I am receiving the items in time and the weather is good; no reasons for delays and lies.
