My complaint:
Received my purchase for (Fire Stick) which was not complete only was the
remote control in package needs the stick to complete. The phone service you
give does not offer support – went on line to complete my order with no satisfaction – they want me to join support group before you get any results which from that point they don’t give you that option. I don’t want to join I just want to complete my order. Don’t need election help.

To send me the rest of the order, the (Fire Stick) the order 5f72394110291adad50a9e0 - already have the remote
