My complaint:
I made an order on April 24th 2020 (IT IS MAY 25th) for four items the total was $ 97.17 y’all took the money out of my bank account. Then y’all sent me an e-mail saying that one of the items was supposed to be here on May13 th, one on May 15 th, and the last two on May 18 th. Three of the items was a birthday present. Now I’m out of $97.17 and I have to find something else for my son’s present.
I would like my money back or my order.
Suggested solution:
I would like for someone to call me so we can talk about this matter. I would either like my money back or my items that I ordered.
