My complaint:
it’s been 9 days since my order was estimated to arrive, so i pressed the contact support. it told me it was expected between 12 weeks of the date given, then gave me the option to press ‘i’ll wait a bit longer’ or ‘id like more assistance’. i pressed the more assistance hoping to get more information, but they just issued a refund which i did not ask for and was automatic. i placed the order on 29 feb so i’ve now waited all this time for nothing.
Suggested solution:
get my item to me!!!!
