My complaint:
I ordered an unlocked smartphone which is supposed to be a 2020
model and worth $900.00. The phone is a piece of junk. I informed them
and they keep asking for photos of the phone and what is wrong with it.
I complied with all their requests and they still have not told me where to
send it back for refund.
Suggested solution:
They should send me a shipping label and give me a refund.
