My complaint:
Before I placed my order, Wish informed me that there was no issues shipping to my location during Covid19. When i placed my order the delivery date was 23rd July 2020. I then got an update advising the delivery date was changed. The new delivery date is now 5th October 2020. This is 4 months after I placed my order and find this unacceptable. I am not happy about this as I would not have ordered these items in the first place if I knew there was issues with shipping due to Covid19.
Suggested solution:
I require a refund on my full order (Order : 5edcf6c15d9dd3519e87b62c) as i no longer want these items.
