My complaint:

I have tried many many times to place an order with WISH. Not only am I not able to place any order, but it is suggested that I submit a photo I.D.,
my bank account and statement when trying to pay with a valid credit card.
My credit is very good. Why should I be subjected to such hardship and ambarassment when all I want is to order a backpack purse from WISH.
Also, the name Olga Julia no longer exists and hasn’t been for a few months?.It was my sister’s account and she has since deleted it. Why is it still listed as an account? I very angry at this point . I would like to have this resolved.

Suggested solution:

Please let me order this backpack and other items. I want to feel great about ordering from WISH not being angry with them.
I would also like to the name Olga Julia deleted from WISH, the name no longer exists.
