My complaint:
Inadvertently ordered survival item from wish, canceled right away due to the high shipping cost. Request ignored, item shipped, never received item or refund. Never again, have nothing good to say about the company
Suggested solution:
Refund for item never received, said it would be refunded but never was. No item, no refund, no more business but yes to a whole bunch of negative referals
