My complaint:
I haven’t received like 5 items I ordered 5 months ago or almost 5 months ago. I have received orders I ordered after the items that I’m waiting on. I’m very unhappy with some items I have already received because they don’t fit their description at all or have been messed up when I have received them. I have items that say they have been in the USA for the past 2 months and have not received them. Also all the delivery dates have been changed from late April to now sometime in August
Suggested solution:
When they say your order is going to be here by a certain date then they should make sure its delivered by that date a few days after I understand but 2-6 months after that delivery date is outrageous. I love with but everything I've been going through since late March is starting to make me think otherwise of this app. I hate that because they have a lot of cool stuff for very cheap that I love but afraid to order cause I don't know if I'll ever receive it
