My complaint:
On 25.7.2020 I sent a complain note on the following items:
Tracking no.s are: SY13851661968; SY13841155485; both were supposed to have arvd by 4th July.
I have not received the reply nor the items
Suggested solution:
Since I have paid I will appreciate if I get the items. If this is not possible then I seek your opinion.
