My complaint:
I ordered and paid for a coat. Apparently it was sent and returned. As I had no knowledge of this I am past the duration to get a refund. I however don’t want a refund and just want the product I’ve paid for. You can’t ask such questions to get an answer on getting what you’ve paid for, as the ‘support’ is automated and doesn’t give the option.
Suggested solution:
I just want the product I've been charged for.
