My complaint:

I have tried absolutely everything and spent many hours trying to access my account because I can’t remember an old email from years ago when I open the account it will not accept my new email or allow me to access the site full stop so far this is the only place I could find to make a complaint or even start to contact them because having the app on my phone everything I try to do it automatically goes to the app and will not let me access anything this is been a massive headache for me and they have lost a lot of business

All I want to do is to be able to use my new email account new phone number new address new everything an access the damn app sleeping next
