The payment is still marked as PENDING
I have contacted Wish on several occasions, all I keep getting is a load of rules regulations, why I am not going to get paid for this order.
My messages sent to Wish, all included proof of the courier service used , proof that the item was tracked signed for by the customer , who was in Norway.
Today, I received yet another message from DAVID (SUPPORT ) as follows.

Since invalid tracking information was provided for order id : 5e711e042cb7ca2cdf85e7c3, the order can only be eligible for payment 5 days after the customer s delivery.
Also please note since you shipped with an unaccepted shipping carrier the order might receive a Late Confirmed Fulfillment Fine.

I am again showing proof of delivery receipt by the customer as attached, therefore I expect to be paid , irrespective whether I used Wish’s nominated couriers or not.
By the sound of this, it looks like Wish, will keep my money, which to me is blatant internet theft.
Suggested solution:
Therefore I would like you to look at the attached proof of delivery, and release the money owed to me.
